Refund Policy

The correct refund and cancellation process depends on where you purchased Premium. We do not promise an automatic refund period beyond rights required by applicable law.

Web purchases processed by Paddle

Paddle is the Merchant of Record for eligible web purchases. Your Paddle receipt and buyer portal provide the transaction-management and support routes for that purchase. To ask about a charge, cancellation, or refund, use the link in your Paddle receipt or visit Paddle buyer support (opens in a new tab). You may also contact us at deisyrente@gmail.com so we can help identify the purchase.

A refund is not guaranteed merely because it is requested. Eligibility is assessed under Paddle’s applicable buyer terms and refund process, the circumstances of the transaction, and any mandatory rights that apply where you live.

02

App Store purchases managed by Apple

Apple—not Paddle—processes purchases made through the iOS or iPadOS app and controls refund decisions for those transactions. To request a refund, sign in at reportaproblem.apple.com (opens in a new tab) and follow Apple’s instructions. We can assist with product access questions, but we cannot issue or approve an Apple refund.

How to request help

  1. Check whether your receipt is from Paddle or Apple.
  2. Use the provider-specific link above and include the transaction details requested by that provider.
  3. For access problems or if you are unsure where you purchased, email deisyrente@gmail.com. Do not send full payment-card details by email.
04

What happens after cancellation

Canceling a recurring subscription prevents future renewal charges. Unless a refund, charge reversal, provider rule, or applicable law requires a different result, Premium access continues until the end of the billing period already paid for. Cancellation does not automatically refund past charges. A lifetime purchase, if ever offered, is a one-time purchase and does not renew.

For a Paddle web subscription, cancel through the link in the receipt or buyer portal. For an Apple subscription, use your Apple subscription settings (opens in a new tab).

05

Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund, withdrawal, cancellation, or other consumer right available under the law that applies to you. Digital-content and subscription rights vary by location and may depend on whether performance began with your consent. Paddle or Apple may request information needed to apply the correct local rules.
