Scope and current website
This policy covers sdahymnsapp.com, the planned installable Progressive Web App (PWA), and related supported app experiences. The current landing page does not ask you to create an account, enter payment details, or submit personal information directly. If you email support, we receive the address, message, and any information you choose to include.
Website analytics and advertising
With your permission, the current website uses the Meta Pixel to measure page visits and App Store clicks, understand campaign performance, and improve advertising. If accepted, Meta may receive technical information such as browser and device information, IP address, the visited page, and interaction events under Meta’s own policies.
The Meta Pixel is not loaded unless you accept marketing cookies. You may decline without losing access to the website and can reopen the choice using “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Local storage and the planned PWA
The current website stores your marketing-cookie choice in your browser’s local storage. The planned PWA will also create a random, anonymous app-user identifier and store it locally so Premium access can be associated with the installation without requiring an account. The PWA may store preferences, cached app resources, and technical state needed for installation, offline use, and reliable operation.
This locally generated identifier is not intended to contain your name, email address, or advertising identifier. Clearing browser or app data may remove local preferences, cached content, and the identifier, and may require Premium access to be restored.
Paddle and web payments
When paid web checkout becomes available, Paddle will process web purchases as Merchant of Record. Information you enter at checkout—such as contact, billing, payment, transaction, tax, and fraud-prevention information—is collected and processed by Paddle. We expect to receive transaction and entitlement information needed to provide Premium access and support, but not your full payment-card details. See Paddle’s Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab).
RevenueCat and Premium access
RevenueCat is used to manage subscription status and Premium entitlements across supported purchase platforms. RevenueCat may process the anonymous app-user identifier, product and entitlement identifiers, purchase platform, subscription status, and transaction timing needed to validate or restore access. RevenueCat does not need your full payment-card details for this purpose. See RevenueCat’s Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab).
Apple purchases and external links
App Store downloads and in-app purchases are handled by Apple under Apple’s privacy practices. Links to Paddle, RevenueCat, Apple, and email services take you to third-party services with their own terms and privacy policies.
Why data is used and how long it is kept
Technical and transaction data is used only as needed to operate the service, remember choices, validate and restore Premium access, process purchases, prevent abuse, provide support, meet legal obligations, and understand consented campaign performance. Local data remains until you clear it or the app removes it. Providers retain payment and subscription records under their own policies and legal obligations. Support correspondence is kept only as reasonably needed to respond, maintain support history, or comply with law.
Your choices and privacy rights
You can decline marketing cookies, reset that choice from the website footer, clear local browser or PWA storage using your device settings, and manage provider purchases through Paddle or Apple. Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability and to complain to a data-protection authority.
To ask a privacy question or exercise a right relating to this service, email deisyrente@gmail.com. We may need limited information to verify the request and locate the relevant records. For data controlled directly by Paddle, Apple, Meta, or RevenueCat, you may also need to contact that provider.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the PWA, payment flow, or service changes. The revised date will be posted at the top of this page. Questions may be sent to deisyrente@gmail.com.
